I know it's not really a table cloth...but...my brain is full of cutting and sewing...which is how I've spent my day...and now the right description escapes me!
My Grandma did all the embroidery work.
It's beautiful work...and inspires me to be as good...and to master French knots!
I love the subtlety of the colours...and it has all my favourite flowers...
...poppies...appropriate for today...a day of remembrance...
...weeping willow...I love the curve of the tree...
...daisies...
...and a water bath overflowing with flowers.
A perfect English garden on a summer's day!
